Another summer came to a close..

Another summer has come and gone. We were fortunate enough to spend a lot of time down the shore in Brigantine and seeing your cousins. Everyone is a bit spread out this year with Uncle Frank's crew in Portland, OR and Aunt Colleen up in Cos Cob, CT and Uncle Kevin in Chicago, IL (for now). You will come to find this is a good thing because now you have fun new places to travel with a lovely place to stay :)

Typically summer begins with Memorial Day which we stayed local for this year in Maple Shade. This summer was a really busy/fun one. We got to spend heeps of time down the shore in Brigantine playing with cousins, wearing mom-mom and pop-pop out, and LOVING the sun/sand/waves. We even got to go to the beach this week and Kell jumped in the ocean fully clothed?! *a runny nose to show for his efforts

This was the first summer Mommy hasn't had to work in a long time so it was nice to be around with you guys. We made great use of our Y membership, checked out fun new places, made friends, and even found a new place to live.

You two are quite the pair; Kellen is protective and so loving of Lulu. Meanwhile, she loves playing with him. It is always an adventure in whatever we do, but particularly when I take you out anywhere myself there is a lot of chasing Kellen!

Keep growing and learning guys, you are doing so well so far. One summer down and a ton more to go.
