Year in Review :)

2012 brought a bit of change to our little crew -- Kellen you turned one and have truly become quite the character. You are developing a hilarious and curious personality - you're favorite thing to do right now is take all of the contents of your room at naptime and place them in the hallway. It is hard to get mad at someone who is doing something with such determination (& you do help me pick everything up)!! From what I gather, your Daddy was exactly the same, so we are all in for a treat :)

Charlotte, you arrived! You have added a whole other level of love and sunshine to the family, I can't evne begin to describe how sweet you are. Kellen absolutely adores you. Not only does he give you hugs without prompting, he places your bottle in your little hands when you start to get upset and he actually got you to let out your first big belly laugh by acting like a maniac. Even your cousins are quite taken with you. Brady -- who I cannot get to give me a kiss for anything -- gives you kisses unasked. Colin loved playing with you on Thanksgiving.

A whole new year is ahead of us and with that brings a whole new group of "firsts":

• Lotte's crawling/walking/words/etc. -- you get the drift, pretty much everything
• Kellen -- dare I say potty training?!
• your first girl cousin is planning on coming in February -- Uncle Frank and Aunt Lindsay are expecting :)

We aren't sure where the future takes us geographically or even if we will add to our brood, but we do know for sure that we will continue to adore you both and watch you grow into fascinating little people..
